MEXICO IS WORKING WITH THE WORLD TRAVEL & TOURISM COUNCIL TO CREATE GLOBAL PROTOCOLS FOR TRAVEL SAFETY
These are the things we are doing and kindly asking you to help us to keep the safety of the workers, communities, and our loved travelers.
We recommend you travel only if you are fully vaccinated.
We are planning the tours to avid massive spots but is not always possible. Please keep the distance in public touristic areas.
Please wear the mask all the time. Most important, wear the mask during the full trip on the board of the van/sedan. It is important to respect to the other traveler’s safety.
We´ll provide gel, but we recommend bringing one for your personal and constant use.
Our safety practices:
Our drivers and tour guides are tested continuously for their own safe.
We are going to take your temperature when joining the tour and ask you to use our sanitizing gel before entering to the vehicle.
We make sure that the local hosts we are visiting (family houses, kitchens, communities) meet to the hygienic and safety procedures. Most of the hosts are only receiving groups from Enjoy Mexico for touristic activities. Once in the places, we´ll keep our distance, use a mask, and sanitizing gel before the activity. They´ll also invite you to wash your hands at their place when possible. The material we are using for the activities is new or disinfected. The tastings will be served in disposable biodegradable dishes when possible or well-sanitized dishes.
We make sure that the providers we are working with (hotels recommended, restaurants) strictly meet the hygiene protocols.
We are planning the tours to avoiding massive spots but not always is possible. We will appreciate you keeping your distance.
For group tours: Our vans are being meticulously disinfected before starting. It will be cleaned and disinfected again at every stop before you come up again.
For private tours: Our vans/sedans are being meticulously disinfected before starting and after we finish it.
